We had a problem where people designed a logo but could not save it nor download it.  This has now been corrected and downloads are working correctly.

If you are still having problems then check these points:

• 1.  You need to be logged in.
• 2.  You need to select the logo, in your admin panel, that you want to download.
• 3.  You need to have provided the correct email address as the logo will be emailed to you.
• 4.  You need to check your spam filters to make sure our email is not being blocked by your spam traps.
